The invitation for bids (IFB) follows the general procurement notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in dgMarket, Issue of 21st April,2008(No.85322000) The Government of Kenya has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Western Kenya Community Driven Development and Flood Mitigation Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Supply& Delivery of Computers and ICT - Related Equipment 3. Bidding will be conducted using the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, Edition May 2004 Revised October 1,2006 & May 1,2010 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines. 5..
