Project Manager: Reporting to the Programs Co-ordinator, the incumbent will be based in Nairobi, and will provide management and oversight to the overall implementation of the program activities and its grant components, supervise the staff in the project, work closely with the Grants Manager for grant awards, provide a coordination role for all the components of the Programme, and contribute to leveraging funding to enhance achievement of ICL’s organizational mission, vision and strategic objectives as well as the project goal. 2. Resource Mobilization Officer: Reporting to the Grants Manager, responsible in identifying and consolidating information about funding opportunities, coordinate concept note and proposal development, and to support the development and management of donor relationships. Project Monitor: Provide strategic leadership and technical assistance to the health system portfolio to implement high quality health strategies in their counties while monitoring to ensure quality delivery of the CSO health targets.
