DAILY NATION Friday February 21, 2014 Death and Funeral Announcement It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce passing on of Bernados Gichuhi Muchangi (B.G.M) former teacher Mugunda Sec Sch, Gataragwa Girls Sec Sch & Ngaine Sec Sch, which occurred on the 16th Feb 2014 while undergoing treatment at Mathari Consolata Mission Hospital - Nyeri. Husband of Mary Gathigia, son of the late John Kibugi and Regina Wambui and loving father of Joan Wairimu of S.O.L-Kenya (USAID-APHIAplus Kamili Project), John Muchangi of Inoro Sec. School - Nanyuki, Fidelis Wanja - Malaba and George Gikunju of Old Mutual-Nairobi. The family and friends are meeting daily at their home in Bellevue - Gatarakwa, Nyeri County; Meru Safari Hotel - Meru, Ibis Hotel- Nanyuki, Jaki Guest hotel - Malaba and Emaccra hotel Nairobi for prayers and funeral program. There is a fundraiser at all meeting venues to help offset the huge hospital bill. Interment will be at her home, Yalusi village on 22nd February. Mama, we love you but God loves you more. Rest in peace. It is one year since you our dear beloved left us for the heavenly abode. Tonnie, you are always ever so present in our lives, as every waking moment and day we think about you- your love, charming smile and gentle demeanor. We had no chance to bid each other goodbye but God has continued to give us the grace to accept that death is not in our hands. As a family we continue to sing ‘’ it is well with our souls’’, as we believe that you are resting peacefully in God’s loving arms. We will forever love and miss you and we will never forget you. The cortege leaves Murang’a County Mortuary on Tuesday, 25th February, 2014 at 8.30 a.m. for Funeral Service at Holy Family Catholic Church, Maragwa.
