The constitution of Kenya 2010 provides for public participation in policy formulation. The County Government envisages that this MTEF will move the county towards poverty reduction, wealth creation, infrastructure development and food security. The county government of Tana River therefore invites the people of Tana River to take part in drawing their budget as follows: 1.
